The Ordinary Caffeine Solution didn’t do anything for me. It feels warm every time I apply and the more my eyes are tired or dry, the more heat I feel with this serum. It doesn’t get fully absorbed and comes off in dried bits hours after application. | Pros | ~ Smooth ~ Gel like consistency
