It will recalibrate your skin to its optimal PH level which is 5.5 , and your skin will be glowing and balanced. Then the skin layer will be the first layer of defense against harmful bacteria. Skin producing excess oil becomes acidic, cleansers alone may not have alkaline pH level to combat the acidic oils, then your skin can become dry after cleansing. Toner is not just a trivial part of skincare, keeping the 5.5 P.H constant will keep your skin healthy from the inside out. Since I have been using this toner, I have noticed that my skin seems to be even, it's not dry it's not oily just very soft and hydrated. After I cleanse my face, I apply the toner, (you can apply with a cotton pad, or with your hands if you want then gently Pat it into your skin) my skin feels refreshed, and extra clean it does not have a scent that is noticeable, I feel no stickiness, just very soft, it adsorbs quickly ,my following face products go on very easily and smoothly. My face seems to remain soft. I would we purchase this toner and recommend it to everyone, as it is good for all skin types.
