Hydrating Lotion Light
This toner has a lightweight but not watery texture, and its clear. It works so well in hydrating and keeping my skin moist, and it lasts a while! I think both oily and dry skin would love this:)
Nothing bad except I would reccomend the moist version for dry skin.
