Meggie89Sol review for Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water

I received this product for free from Picky and The Skin House in exchange for my honest review. This rice water is part toner and part cleanser. It is very lightweight and watery in texture. It cleans my skin well, and I like that I don’t have to rinse it off afterwards. It is OK for light make up remover, but you might need something stronger for mascara or heavily pigmented shades. It leaves my skin clean and feeling moisturized. Overall, I like it for what it is.
