Snail Bee Ultimate Toner

This is a good hydrating toner. It's very watery in texture, and sinks in quickly. My skin feels hydrated and nourished after using this

I tried to apply this a day after being outside in the snow all day. My skin was dry and a bit cracked. It really stung when I applied this, but the other hydrating toner I have open did not. This works great on skin that is not cracked though!
