Werk is described as a "dusty rose" and is a slightly warm-leaning pink that will be flattering on a lot of different skintones. I am very pale with neutral, slightly warm undertones- my best shade match is NARS Chantilly, and I find this color very cute on me! The stick has a balmy texture that melts with the warmth of your skin and easily blends out for soft, even color that can be applied sheer or built up to a bolder color. I prefer to apply this product by rubbing my fingers onto the stick and then tapping it onto my cheeks, since I find that's the easiest way to blend it out without disturbing any other makeup you may be wearing underneath. It has the best staying power of any cream blush that I've tried so far, and I find that it lasts all day on me. It feels moisturizing but not sticky, and looks amazing even on a bare face thanks to its natural skin-like finish. It lasts forever, too!
