Mrstaitai review for Rice Active Essence Cleansing Water

My first impression for this cleansing water is that it looks like pearl and it doesn’t have any strong scent. It is a bi layer cleansing water and I have to shake it to mix the rice bran powder with the liquid. The texture is very watery as expected and it’s not sticky. It can be used to remove dirt, spf and makeup (first step for double cleansing) or as a no rinse cleanser (like micellar water) . I personally love using it as a no rinse before applying skincare because I feel like it makes my skin clean from dirt and dust.
