I think it's a bit of both 👇 The ingredient list is quite simple. 💦 humectants: glycerine, panthenol, betaine, sugar cane extract 🌱 extracts: heartleaf, centella asiatica, chamomile, grape, apple and more Effects: 💧 hydrates ☁️ soothes 🍓 reduces redness 🍪 calms down acne The toner is watery, very light and absorbs quickly. The bottle is plastic, with a matt sticker and a minimalist design. Does it make a difference? Yes, but it requires patience ⏳️ I'm impressed that it really calms down my acne - I think people with acne-prone skin will notice the biggest difference. It may also appeal to oily and combination skin for hydration and soothing purposes. For those with normal or dry skin it won't necessarily do much. Protip! I like to layer it and sometimes apply it as a mask.
