Cica is actually a nickname for the scientific name: 𝑪𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑨𝒔𝒊𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒂 also known as gotu kola, Indian Pennywort, and tiger grass. This plant is really popular in Asia, known for being used by tigers 🐅 who rub it on their wounds to help their skin regenerate. So this makes it an ideal ingredient for people with sensitive, dry, dehydrated, irritated acne prone skin and who suffer blemishes (darn covid), like myself.
