What Micellar Water products 💦 are supposed to do: ➡️ Serve as a good first cleanse when it comes to removing make-up💄, dirt from pollution🏭 and excess oil that accumulated in your skin throughout the whole day. ➡️ Supposed to be non-greasy but also non-drying, especially since there are some people who prefer just using micellar water to cleanse their faces, not opting to use water based cleansers (which is not recommended by the way, since micellar water are in fact, not enough to cleanse the skin properly). Claims📝: ➡️ It has 0% alcohol content so no drying experience will supposedly happen. Texture🧫: ➡️ It has a thin watery texture but has a certain sticky feel to it that makes it different from normal water. How to use: ➡️ Using a cotton pad, add a few drops until the pad is wet then gently rub the skin to remove makeup and impurities. You might need more than one cotton pad though. Rating📝: 3⭐/5 Would Repurchase? NO My Personal Experience (The Positives✔️) ☑️ IT'S DIRT CHEAP I actually bought this product when I wanted a timeout from cleansing oils for a little while since it's too expensive at that time (especially with my student budget) and also impractical since I rarely wore makeup so there isn't a lot of stuff to cleanse. So I decided to try this micellar water since it's soooo cheap so it didn't hurt my wallet that much💸. With this price point, students might like it👩‍🎓👨‍🎓. ☑️ IT DOES ITS JOB DESPITE THE LOW PRICE POINT It's actually quite alright as a micellar water and it can remove light makeup and dirt on the skin👍 ☑️ IT'S NOT DRYING What I appreciate with this product is that it's true to its claims and the 0% alcohol content is quite apparent, since it never left my skin feeling dry or tight after using it🙂.
