It calmed down redness and stopped the flacky dry skin. I apply this with my hands by patting it on, my skin looks instantly plump. This is the toner that I always reach for first, when my skin is a little irritated or dry. I would layer it two or three times for the hydration and soothing when needed. I also use this toner daily after cleansing, while my skin is still wet, followed by a serum both in the AM and PM.
