I received a sample of this product in a recent order and used it for several days. It is a watery product that you can apply with your hands or a cotton round; I chose to use my hands to get the most out of this product, since it was a sample and using a pad would have caused some of it to be soaked up and wasted.
This toner is definitely hydrating! You can feel the effect from first application. Even my oily skin drank it up quickly. I found that it layered well under my serums as well.
It broke me out! I'm not sure if I'm allergic to something in the formulation or if I was using too many fragranced products at the time. Although I would describe the scent as being moderate for a person who isn't sensitive to smells, I do think the fragrance is stronger than it needs to be and probably upped the alcohol content in the product unnecessarily.
