Rice Toner

Rice toner is definitely ideal for the colder seasons, especially in winter. It has a nice rich texture, a slightly buttery velvet finish. This is my favorite toner in the world and I am ready to sell my soul for it! It copes well with atopic dermatitis, the skin is perfectly soft and looks like Chinese silk💔🥰
