It contains hatching EX-07 which is a lab form of peeling to help remove dead skin cells, sebum and waste, keeping skin smooth. It decreases the amount of dead skin cells and improves the skins tone and texture. It reduces roughness on the skin, making skin softer and smoother. It has the consistency of water and is very hydrating. This product was specifically designed for sensitive skin and does not have any fragrance or added colors. Dokdo uses Ulleungdo’s clean deep-sea water which includes rich mineral components that helps to sooth and moisturize irritated skin caused by external environmental stressors. It absorbs into the skin very quickly without leaving any greasy or sticky residue. There is no fragrance, irritation or stinging. Your skin feels clean and refreshed after using this toner and is visibly more plump. My skin does look a bit brighter as well. I didn't have any peeling at all but it says you may experience it. I have very sensitive skin and really thought this was a great toner.
