Snail mucin cruel? 🐌🐌

I read some articles online that the methods of collecting snail mucin are very cruel. But I really like snail mucin serums in my skincare routine … What are your opinions? Are there any alternatives?

SPF Cushions?

Hi friends, I saw a lot of sunscreen cushions online and wondered how much I need to apply to get the right amount for uv protection. It would be 2g / 2-3 finger lengths with my regular spf, but with the cushions it is difficult to dose... Any tips? 🤍🤍🤍

period breakouts

A few days before my period starts, I usually get pimples on my forehead. I‘ve read that it is due to estrogen level/ hormones and breakouts are unavoidable. 😑 (I already use some BHA, AHA etc) But it sucks that they come back every month and you have to wait for them to heal on their own or just squeeze them. Do you guys have any tips on how to reduce/control the breakouts a bit? Which products work well?
