Stroke of Brilliance Brightening Serum
I would actually give it 3.5 stars but I'm rounding up to 4. I've gone through a couple bottles of this. This is a clear orange gel serum that applies smoothly. The directions say to wait about 2-3 minutes after application to use other products be...
Turmeric extract is an ingredient and you will smell it upon application. Thankfully, it's not an overpowering odor and it does go away after a few minutes. Results do take a long time and I wish SAP was higher up in the ingredient list. It would al...

Stroke of Brilliance Brightening Serum
First and foremost, I loved how it didn’t have that weird coins smell that other vitamin C’s have. It didn’t break me out, it absorbed quickly, plumping up my skin, and it kind of helped me with my hyper pigmentation.

Stroke of Brilliance Brightening Serum
Versed’s Stroke of Brilliance is a serum that advertises that it can brighten the skin, help uneven skin tone and fade hyperpigmentation/dark spots. It’s main ingredients include Vitamin C, licorice root, palmaria palmata extracts, and niacinamide. ...
CONS: - Saw no change to my mild hyperpigmentation after using an entire bottle. - This is not a strong vitamin c serum. The percentage of active ingredients used in this are really really low. Like 1% Niacinamide and 0.5% Vitamin C for example.

Stroke of Brilliance Brightening Serum
🧐 Key ingredients highlight This is not formulated with ascorbic acid instead it uses 0.5% sodium ascorbyl phosphate which is a salt form of vitamin C that is more stable. It is also formulated with licorice root extract, niacinamide, sodium hyalur...
On the packaging, it is instructed to apply on almost dry skin. When I applied this on damp skin because I am impatient and do not have the time to wait for it to be dry down after my using my toner, this really sting my skin. I will say to also avoi...
