Bad experience with Stylekorean
I won a giveaway from them, it was quite big with 10 products, they warned about potential custom fees so I knew I was going to pay some, but they asked for 194 euros (which now are also 194 dollars more or less). The value of the box was 135€... Maybe it's just a problem when they ship to my country (Italy) however DHL contacted me several times through email and phone to ask for details, because they just wrote "beauty box" ten times, without the name of the products, and they didn't even put the harmonizing code... And the graphic overall was quite bad, my name had weird characters in between and my phone number was cut, rounded up, had decimals and an exponent (it was written in bad scientific notation lol). I mean I've won some giveaways from Korea but I've never had to pay so much and also never seen documents written so badly. Also wasted a lot of time.
Oh, i contacted them on Instagram on tuesday and they didn't reply (it's Saturday and they had seen it, i also added some documentation). I see a lot of people having a good experience with them so although I knew I was going to pay more i still didn't expect this :S
