I've seen this happening several times with my mutuals on instaπ¬π¬ and I think it was StyleKorean too.
I don't understand WHY these online shops are messing the documentation so stupidly so many times???
Also, I don't understand why you have to pay 194β¬ when the value of your package is less than that. Do you have a detailed fee from DHL??

OMG noooo!!! Why the 250β¬ value??? This is messed up from start to finish!π±
And I know there are warehouse fees sometimes but 99β¬ seems so excessive!π¬π€
my mutuals are in France and they had to pay something like 50β¬. The documentation was also messed up by StyleKorean.
These online shops literally write a lot of bullsh*t on these documents idk why!? Isn't it easier for everyone to write the right things?ππ€πΌ

An Instagram friend also had a problematic giveaway experience with them and high custom fees (Canada). She was able to get the documents needed to pay directly at customs and reduce the cost so not to pay DHL's added fees.

that's a great idea, i tried to contact Italian customs but they didn't reply this time... but I'll try again and ask what do i have to do to talk directly to them without having to use DHL or other couriers for the documentation. thank you
