Leaves a very rich feeling on the skin ๐ ,. free from tightness and dryness after cleaning. It also has no fragrance and in my case I have not felt any irritation, It is pH 5.5, perfect for the skin and to apply the other products of the routine.
I personally do not see something wrong with the product. Some people are looking for foaming cleansers and this is not the case, the texture is like a moisturizer and does not foam. It is a matter of personal taste.

This facial cleanser is great for my dry skin. Don't have stripped feeling after wash. Give a bit moist feeling, but also feel clean.
I found nothing bad after using 100ml of this product.

This product is good is you have very dry sensitive skin and do not need heavy cleansing. I like that there is a very minimal ingredient list and that there are no irritating ingredients like fragrance. When you use this cleanser, you will notice that it is very hydrating due to the inclusion of hyaluronic acid. This cleanser looks like a light lotion and does not foam up when water is added. I recommend using this cleanser as a morning cleanser or when your face is bare.
This cleanser includes parabens, so if that bothers you, this may not be the cleanser for you. After using this cleanser, you do not feel like you cleansed your skin. It feels like you just rubbed a lotion on your face. So I do not recommend using this cleanser to remove makeup or sunscreen.

This is a very gentle cleanser that is supposed to cleanse your skin without drying it or disrupting the skinbarrier.
Star ingredients:
- Ceramides (CERAMIDE NP, CERAMIDE AP & CERAMIDE EOP)
- Hyaluronic Acid
It also is non-comedogenic & accepted by the National Eczema Assotiation.
MY EXPERIENCE:
Let me first start to say that Iโm in my late twenties and have been struggling with acne since my teen years. Iโve always had a very oily teenzone and break-outs all the time. So when I first started getting into skin care I thought I should start with the Cerave SA cleanser & really light moisturizers. I notices that I was still having break-outs, still had an oily t-zone and my skin started to feel tight and dry. Thatโs when I got a sample of Cerave Moisturizing Cream. I thought it would be a nightmare for my skin as it was for Dry to Very Dry skin. But when using it I noticed my skin was actually feeling so much better. I realized my skin was actually craving for gentle products that hydrate & moisturize my skin. I decided to buy this Cerave Hydrating Cleanser. I can only say WOW THIS COMPLETELY CHANGED MY LIFE! ๐๐ผ By now I think my skin barrier actually was irritated and damaged cause since using this one together with the Cerave Cream my skin has become so soft, without any irritation. The break outs I experienced all the time are gone.. Now and then I still have a pimple but it is not even coming close to what it was before. Also, my oily t-zone is so much less oily. I think my skin might have been overproducing oil to compensate for dryness. What I thought my skin needed is so much different then what it actually needed. I think the Ceramides in these products have made a huge difference. My skin barrier looks much different now. I now use the Cerave SA Cleanser 2 or 3x a week. All the other days I use this Cleanser in my Day- and Nighttime Routine.
MY FINAL THOUGHTS:
โจ The cleanser is creamy and almost feels more like a moisturizer then a cleanser. After cleansing my skin feels hydrated
โจ I recommend this to anyone who is strugglig with a damaged or irritated skin barrier. I can only keep saying how important it is to build your skin with ingredients like Ceramids instead of harsh actives.
โจ It works great to alternate with an Salicilyc Acid Cleanser
Honestly canโt think of anything I do not like about this cleanser. It really is my Holy Grail โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ

Very gentle and hydrating, does exactly what it is supposed to do. No irritation what sos ever.
It does not lather so might not be suitae for oily skin days.

this cleanser was the very first product iโve tried from cerave and i immediately fell in love! it literally cleared my skin in less than a week.
I didnt experience anything bad about this product. I loved it so much!

This is my favorite gentle cleanser!
I started using this cleanser years ago, when I had severe cystic acne and was taking Accutane. During that time period, this was gentle on my severely irritated and chapped skin. This was a life saver, now that my skin is past that I use it as a gentle cleanser everyday.
I use this every morning to gentle wash my face. I love this product because it has never irritated my skin or dried me out. It is very hydrating and leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed and hydrated. Amazing, I couldn't recommend it more.
Nothing bad about this product, I absolutely love it.

I love how gentle it is on my skin! It never strips any oil from my skin and leaves it feeling moiste.
Despite how moiste my skin feels, I still feel like it didnt clean my skin fully so I only use it in the morning.
