This toner has a runny+slightly viscous consistency and comes in a huge 250ml plastic bottle with a pointed applicator that makes application so easy! A very hydrating toner and I can feel the hydration with even one layer, but I like to apply about 3 layers of it to get the amount of hydration I want. Love that it's huge, affordable, and easily accessible for me♥️
