The Schwanen Garten Antioxidant Nourishing Cream is an intense anti-aging cream that deeply moisturize and reduces signs of premature aging. It contains: *Humectants like water, HA and Glycerin. *The SG complex using Polyphenol rich organic grown plants that pack an amazing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect like Cica, rosemary, Green tea, Mistletoe, Oregano and Chamomile. *Emollients like Squalane, Moringa, Rosehip and jojoba oil and cacao butter. *Ceramide NP to support skin barrier. *Niacinamide to brighten. *Bakuchiol to trigger collagen production and increase cell turnover. *Adenosine to soothe and restore skin. *Free of harmful and toxic ingredients for both animal, human health and environment. This cream has a pale yellow colour and a mild natural scent of the raw ingredients. To me, it smells of tree bark and lavender on a rainy day. It feels so earthy and calming. The testure is weird: a light cream, almost gel type that kind of melts and feels super refreshing in contact with skin. However, the cream has a nice body to it and I can feel the emollients. It's not greasy but I can feel the oils nourishing and creating a layer on my skin. The Niacinamide in it didn't bother me at all. This cream works so, so well for my skin. My skin is hydrated, plumped, healthy and glowy. I use it as night cream and I have noticed a huge improvement, especially around the eyes. This cream is designed to deal with dryness but the brand has a lighter option with only Squalane as emollient that you might prefer if your skin is on the olier side. @schwanengarten has been an amazing discovery for me and I'm loving each of the products I have tried. This brand has it all, in my opinion.

I've discovered this cream many many years ago, when my passion for Asian beauty started. During this time I dealed a lot with eczema in my face and some rosacea around my nose and it did wonders!!! If you search for an INSTANT calming effect for example because of skin inflammations or having overtreated your skin ( Retinol or exfoliants) or if your skin got sunburned or irritated after shaving.... I had seen and heard so much about this cult favourite, so I got my hands on the 100ml size on my trip to Paris for 14,50€. The balm comes in a pretty plastic tube and is easy to squeeze out. The texture is similar to a sunscreen that's on the thicker side and you really don't need to apply much product so it will last a long time. My skin tolerated it well and didn't show any sign of irritation etc. The scent is also subtle and contains no fragrance. As you can see in the video, after application my skin absorbed it well and it didn't leave a residue. Though I can only say that for the skin on my body; my face not so much. The balm aborbed so well on my hands or knees but not on my face I have dry, sensitive and redness-prone skin: apparently one of the target groups of the B5+ Baume but I personally can't see that it benefitted me. Every skin is different and I have heard and read many positive reviews so I wouldn't say to stay away from it. Just didn't work for me, so I stopped using it; for example my sister has combination + acne skin & 40ml version and didn't have the problem with pilling
