This is everything you want in an essence! Its hydrating, brightening, anti aging, pore refining, all the good stuff lol. And the packaging is beautiful also!! Im a sucker for great presentation 😂😍

This is a medium weight cream that is hydrating and occlusive. There are a bunch of peptides and antioxidants as Allies of Skin usually crams a bunch of actives and beneficial ingredients into their products without focusing on just one ingredient. This is safe for sensitive skin as there are no potentially irritating ingredients like fragrance or EOs. This would be a great cream for all skin types expect those with very dry skin that would want a thicker, heavier cream. This cream also dries down into a natural matter finish, it is not greasy, heavy or shiny.

They are the same but different. The most common one is Retinol. The benefits are boosting collagen to improve fine lines, wrinkles and brown spots which are the same across but Retinol takes longer to take effect. There can be side effects using Retinol like purging and irritation. Unfortunately, I experienced one of them even though this Retinol from Skintific is said to be gentle. I started to break out (acne formed) after my 2nd application of the serum & moisturizer (I used alternatives days). There was no irritation but my skin was red. So, I stopped and tried again after my acne subsided. The second week, I tried using it every 4 days once and there was no purging. Despite the acne, I do find them to be light & easy to absorb. It doesn’t leave the skin sticky. On my very 1st application, my skin looked so much brighter the next day. I have only been using this at night before bedtime. There is a light floral scent to it that doesn’t linger. Since is only my 3rd week, I have not seen any improvement other than brightening my skin. Let’s see if it reduces my fine lines and wrinkles after I empty them. Both of these are formulated without alcohol, fragrance, and paraben.
