This may sound a bit weird, but this ingredient packs incredible benefits for the skin! It’s skin-healing, wound-repairing, soothing, moisturizing, and works as an antioxidant. It’s very high on the ingredient list, which tells me that this ampoule is PACKED with it. Very happy to see it!! -> Niacinamide I think it is unnecessary to explain the benefits of niacinamide, as this is one of the most popular skincare ingredients today! Niacinamide has been shown to reduce signs of aging, manage sebum (oil) production, support skin barrier strength, and help reduce acne and fade dark marks. It’s a very simple but very potent powerhouse of an ingredient! -> Adenosine Adenosine is a compound that is naturally present in the skin. It plays an essential role in cell production and healing, thus supporting a healthy skin barrier. It helps to keep your skin firm and supple, and it is often added to anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products targeted toward mature skin. However, young people should not sleep on it. It is great for damaged skin barrier or dehydrated skin that shows fine lines or flakiness. -> Arginine Arginine is a natural amino acid that is found in our bodies. It is a wonderful ingredient for skin barrier support, as it helps to repair the skin and is actually one of the primary building blocks of collagen, which is crucial to keeping our skin soft, firm, and smooth. -> Ceramides (3 types) Lately, ceramides have been getting all the hype, and I am here for it! Ceramides are the ‘glue’ that keeps our skin together. The more ceramides on and in your skin, the stronger and more resilient your skin will be. They help to keep the skin looking youthful and supple. Some other noteworthy goodies found in this ampoule include betaine (an amino acid that protects and moisturizes the skin), trehalose (a type of water-binding sugar for hydrated skin), macadamia nut oil (makes the skin feel soft, hydrated and ‘cushiony’) and cholesterol (part of the ‘skin glue’ like ceramides). ☆ 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 Wowowow I love love love applying this serum. It feels like a dreamy, soft, and silky cushion on my skin. Am I exaggerating? Maybe a little. But nevertheless, this serum feels so amazing when I put it on my face, I don’t even care if it lives up to its claims because I love using it so much. I’m not too intrigued by the packaging, although it is nice and works well. I often find that droppers malfunction or only pick up a small bit of product, but this one works perfectly well and the packaging feels luxurious and sturdy enough. ☆ 𝙈𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 This serum absolutely DELIVERED. I layer this on top of toners and other serums (if I use any) in my nighttime routine, and it helps to keep my skin looking and feeling hydrated and plump through the night. I wake up with hydrated and soft skin every single time I use this!! However, the product may be slightly heavy for daytime use, which is why I recommend sticking to using it as your PM routine instead. It really gives you that ‘glazed donut’ look, but it does not feel sticky or heavy at all. This serum has kept my skin intact while starting my tretinoin 0.5% journey and I thank it every day for it! My skin suffered from dehydration, redness, flakiness, itchiness… everything that comes with a damaged skin barrier. After using this serum for about 5 days, my skin is GLOWING. Cannot recommend this enough.

Oat has been shown to help with skin flakiness, dryness, irritation, and dehydration. Products that contain oat are amazing for barrier support and irritated skin. This cream contains 71.95% oat-based ingredients, so I expected this to be suuuuper moisturizing and calming! -> Arginine Arginine is an amino acid that helps with skin repair and helps to soothe damaged skin. Amino acids are essential for skin health, as they are anti-inflammatory and help to fight free radicals. It’s commonly found in products for anti-aging and barrier support. ☆ 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 I've been looking for a simple yet effective moisturizer for nighttime use for a very long time, and this ingredients list seemed very promising! Minimal but very potent! I love the packaging, although I found that if you need two pumps (for face and neck), the pump sometimes malfunctions and you need to press it a few times to get enough product. One small aspect that I noticed was that the cream has a pretty unpleasant scent. However, it didn't bother me significantly. ☆ 𝙈𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 This cream has been a part of my day- and nighttime routine for a few weeks now. And I am absolutely loving it! It keeps my skin very nourished, moisturized, and happy all throughout the day or night. I use this alongside tretinoin and actives and my skin loves it! Honestly, this goes on my skin so smooth and absorbs like a dream. I'm immediately left with supple and soft skin, I also found that it layers very well. However, if I apply multiple layers with sunscreen I noticed a slight bit of pilling. I think that many people will benefit from this cream. It did not break me out and is very suitable for my sensitive, acne-prone skin type. But I think that those with very oily skin might find that this is too heavy for daytime use, so they might stick to using it at night only.

Tea Tree has anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and antimicrobial abilities. Making it a true powerhouse for acne of all natures. -> Centella Asiatica Leaf Water Packed with benefits, Centella is probably one of the most used ingredients in modern skincare. It is preached for its skin-healing, soothing, hydrating, and anti-inflammatory abilities. Centella is a wonderful ingredient for all skin types, and it has zero to none known complications. -> Niacinamide Niacinamide has been shown to reduce redness, oiliness, the appearance of pores, and reduce skin texture. Oily skin and acne-prone girlies love this ingredient, and so do I! One word of caution, though. High concentrations of Niacinamide can actually worsen my skin texture, and I know that this is the same for many other people! This may be something to look into if you struggle with texture and suspect you may be sensitive to niacinamide. ☆ 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙏𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 The application of the serum is very nice and comfortable. It absorbs easily and comes in a neat, pretty glass bottle with a dropper that works perfectly. I noticed a reduction in redness after using the product on my compromised skin barrier! ☆ 𝙈𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 My angry, irritated, and red skin really drank this up! I have used this for a few months consistently and I can say with confidence that it makes a pretty big difference for my skin. My skin feels more calm and smooth after using this serum consistently. Honestly, I’m not a big serum girlie. I find most of them to be a bit extra en completely unnecessary. While I love this serum and I find that it comes with some very nice benefits, I don’t use it daily as I feel my skin is fine without it. I do keep it on hand for when my skin is feeling a bit meh and needs a little extra care. I also love to layer this after my toners on non-retinol nights to help repair and strengthen my skin barrier.

🌼𝒦ℯ𝓎 𝒾𝓃ℊ𝓇ℯ𝒹𝒾ℯ𝓃𝓉𝓈: This got a whopping 77.78% Gaomi (rice) extract. It also has niacinamide and rice bran extract. Rice extract is known for its rich antioxidant compounds, including Vit E, ferulic acid and oryzanol. The bran on the other hand contains moisturizing polysaccharides, omega fatty acids, and a lot of nutrients. All of these work synergistically to brighten your complexion, make it look more radiant, supple and younger looking. 🌼ℱℴ𝓇𝓂𝓊𝓁𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃: What caught my attention was its 2 distinct product densities. The first layer is watery, the other layer is more of like an emulsion. So you need to shake it first before using. 🌼𝒜𝓅𝓅𝓁𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃: After cleansing, I take a few drops at the palm of my hand and massage them well across my face. This has a very watery milk consistency. Very lightweight and easily absorbed by my skin. 🌼𝒞ℴ𝒾𝓃: Php1200 for 150ml, which is perhaps a little pricey compared to other k-beauty toners. But if you have a room in your budget, I would say it's a worthwhile product. 🌼𝒱ℯ𝓇𝒹𝒾𝒸𝓉: I think I've found the one. This is so perfect for my oily-combo skin! I have been using this consistently for ~3weeks, day & night. What I love about this is I can layer it bec it's very lightweight and fast absorbing (I love layering my toners & essences) it didn't make my skin feel greasy at all. And you can already see the instant glow right after application! I haven't seen any significant improvement on my pimple marks though (need to use it more to see), but the overall complexion of your skin will really improve. So if you're after the instant brightening effect and you have the budget, go for it!

I had seen and heard so much about this cult favourite, so I got my hands on the 100ml size on my trip to Paris for 14,50€. The balm comes in a pretty plastic tube and is easy to squeeze out. The texture is similar to a sunscreen that's on the thicker side and you really don't need to apply much product so it will last a long time. My skin tolerated it well and didn't show any sign of irritation etc. The scent is also subtle and contains no fragrance. As you can see in the video, after application my skin absorbed it well and it didn't leave a residue. Though I can only say that for the skin on my body; my face not so much. The balm aborbed so well on my hands or knees but not on my face I have dry, sensitive and redness-prone skin: apparently one of the target groups of the B5+ Baume but I personally can't see that it benefitted me. Every skin is different and I have heard and read many positive reviews so I wouldn't say to stay away from it. Just didn't work for me, so I stopped using it; for example my sister has combination + acne skin & 40ml version and didn't have the problem with pilling

After first using it, I immediately noticed that my skin feels less tight and itchy! It's like a drink for dehydrated skin!! 𝘗𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘈𝘱𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 I looove the application of this product. It is a pretty thick, gooey liquid that sinks into the skin beautifully. The bottle allows for a nice, clean application. ☆ 𝙈𝙮 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 If you have a compromised skin barrier or struggle with tight, dry, flaky skin, you NEED THIS!!! My skin drinks this up, and it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated deeply. I apply it in the shower after cleansing so it helps prevent water loss from the hot shower. However, I found that consistent use didn't make a huge difference in my skin. I still love to use it when my skin barrier is damaged, but I don't use it daily. I will always keep a bottle at hand for when I need it, tho!
