Dry/Sensitive

Holy grail. My second bottle despite the price. Still affordable tho since its multi purpose for me. My skin just drink this up, super hydrating and moisturizing just one layer is actually enough. I dont use this as my toner tho since its quite............well, its not heavy but definitely not light. Since i have dry skin, i use this all the time...even in summer i just adjust my layering so i go through this quite fast. It makes my skin plump and baby soft so definitely still gonna repurchase.
Since the texture is quite confusing i had a hard time figuring out as to which part of my skincare am i suppose to put this in since it clash to some of what i use. It has settled down in my emulsion part, right before the moisturizer and i think its gonna stay there since 7 skin method is not possible, even for dry skin, with this product ( looks like melted butter.....on your face )

Key ingredients:
White Tea Leaf Water: a great antioxidant, UV protectant, anti-inflammatory, anticarcinogenic and antimicrobial.
Limnanthes Alba Seed Oil: contains antioxidant components such as vitamin E and phytosterols that helps skin to feel soft and smooth.
Formulated without: parabens, phthalates, PEG surfactant, animal based ingredient, synthetic pigment, triethanolamine, fragrance, alcohol, EO. Cruelty free.
My experience: This product can be used as a toner, essence or moisturizer. The texture is milky, takes some time to absorb, and has no scent. Feels quite thin, not sticky, and spreads easily on the skin. Instantly gives a silky skin feeling, and has a deep hydrating formula. Skin feels protected, as this toner helps reinforce skin barrier and prevent moisture loss. Provide a great moisture to skin without irritation, redness or clogged pores. Those with DRY, sensitive skin, for those who need to balance moisture level are going to love this product.
For dry skin only, otherwise it is great

It's a multi-purpose product and it might be confusing at first gow to use it. Highly depending on your skin type. For more dry skin it can act like a toner (multiple layers), for normal to oily as toner/moisturiser in one.
Cream Skin Refiner is my winter holy grail toner! 🥺💙 It saved me from dehydration & strengthened my skin barrier. It also helped my skin to deal with dryness due to incorporating prescribed Tretinoin into my routine. 😇
The oily formula and milk-creamy texture, might not be the most suitable for oily skin types. 😶🌫️

I am probably one of the last people on earth to use this! It is a hybrid toner × cream. It is fragrance free & watery in texture, absorb fast leaving a dewey finish. So if u layer it several times like the K -Beauty hydration layering method, u don't even need ur emulsion or cream before ur make up! I layered this 3 times & put on my cushion, and it went on like dream without the product caking or moving around! I bought 2 bottles in 1 purchase. That's how good it is!! No regrets!! Love × 3000!!🇰🇷💞👌💋🌈❤️😘🥰
The heavy frosted glass bottle is very premium looking/feels but it's heavy! I dropped it on my toe luckily I had a rug! Or it wudda shattered!

Fragrance free, cute packaging! This product is a big no for me.
- skin type : oily T-zone, enlarged pores, very sensitive
- my experience : when this product was first release heard so many good review that this product is the liquid type of toner and can also be used as moisturiser, and made with no fragrance suitable for sensitive skin, unfortunately this product is a big no for me.
After cleanser, i pour the product on palm and intend to use it as toner, when i applied on my skin it make my skin feels so suffocated (very oily), very sticky and then i noticed my skin become very reddish and hot.
But i was thinking there were so many good reviews about this product, how could it not work for me?
I gave nearly ten times of chances but still, at the end have to admit it is not for me.
Especially for people who lived in hot and humid weather place, dont try this product unless your skin is very dry! It can only make me breakout, redness and burning sensation and sadly do nothing good for my skin.
(No photo from me because after gave it so many chances yet still not suitable, i have given this to my normal skin friend!)

🥛 truly a pioneer in this type of "cream blending technology", this product has a lightweight texture of a toner and moisturizing power of a cream
🍼 milky with an interesting sort of bluish ultraviolet tinge to it, the texture manages to remain quite thin and spreads effortlessly on the face, leaving a glowy protective layer behind, which is perfect for supporting skin barrier
💧 perhaps only ever-so-slightly tacky(not sticky) due to containing Meadowfoam Seed Oil & Glycerin, it leaves a long lasting feeling of moisturization and eases my dry patches and eczema
🌬️ even though my sensitive skin is not a fan of plant ingredients like green tea, the White Leaf Tea Water, that acts as a soothing antioxidant in this product, caused me no redness or irritation
📝 with a short ingredient list and lack of clogging ingredients/silicones, it's been very safe for my fungal acne despite being so moisturizing
💆 no need to layer, and can be used as an all-in-one skincare product for those with less dry skin types or those in a rush
👁️ thin enough to use on a cotton pad to remove the very last bits of makeup without stinging the eyes
🌸 no EO/alcohol/added fragrance or any particular scent
🧴 the stopper on this hefty, expensive-feeling 150ml glass bottle is quite powerful, preventing waste of this runny toner and making it last me a very long time
❕due to the emollients in the formula, this product might feel a tad suffocating to oily skin types

Refiner was the first product from the Cream Skin series, I think I saw it first on Liah Yoo's photo (just like Laneige Cica Sleeping Mask), and it was in my stash for a while before I opened it. I started to use retinoids in November, my skin went through lots of dryness and higher sensitivity to the ingredients. During summer my skin gets even more dry that's why I've decided to open Laneige Cream Skin Refiner. Laneige Cream Skin Refiner comes in white packaging with blue text and logo. When you open the paper packaging, you'll find a solid glass bottle with a white cap. The texture is like water but a bit thicker. It might remind you of diluted milk. The scent is creamy, but light. Laneige Cream Skin Refiner is a surprise. Laneige recently refreshed the formula and now Cream Skin has additional versions such as Cream Skin + Hyaluronic Acid, Cream Skin + Peptide, Cream Skin + PHA and Cream Skin + Niacinamide. The idea of the refreshed formula is great, but is it worth it to change something that's already perfect? Laneige Cream Skin Refiner is one of the best sellers, and I totally get it, the formula is so mild that even my oversensitive skin appreciated it. The cost is not the lowest, but this toner will be with you for quite a long time. For some people, this toner will be all they need to balance the moisture level of their skin. I have to admit that sometimes I skip essence or even ampoule while using this toner. I can't say that the change is astronomical, but it's definitely one of the Laneige products that left me with a positive impression.
The only negative thing about Laneige Cream Skin Refiner in my opinion is... price.

Laneige Cream Skin Refiner
The worst Laneige‘s product I've ever used.😢
No, I wouldn't buy it again.
I don't like this product because it's very sticky and it takes times for the skin to absorb it.
I think it suitable for dry skin only... The texture is very sticky and my face will become super oily after applied it.
Btw I apply it on my neck because I don't want to waste it....

This product comes in 2 sizes , one is travel friendly (50ml) and another is 130 ml the larger size. It is a 2 in 1 toner and mosturiser which can be used both day and night.
It has a very minimalist type of approach as it can be used as a toner, essence or moisturiser depending on the layers you apply -
Layers: 1- toner
2- essence
3 to 4 - moisturiser
It is very useful for people with very dry skin as it has tremendously reduced my dry skin patches and even gave me a dewy glow and that is just after using for 9 days. It may not work the same way for everyone but it is worth giving a shot
For me there was nothing bad about this product

Not me falling head over heels for another Laneige product?! Y'all, they've done it again 🙌 I'm a fangirl now for sure.
I have extremely sensitive, reactive, and clog prone skin, which also tends to be pretty dry and dehydrated, and even more so since I've been using adapalene. It has been hard to find a moisturizer that is rich enough for me without being irritating or causing breakouts, since so many heavier moisturizers tend to have botanicals, fragrances, or oils that bother me.
This product is amazing for adding the moisture I need to my routine. It has a luxurious creamy texture, somewhere between a thick serum and a moisturizer. And that's where I love to put it in my routine- between my essences and moisturizer I use 2-3 layers depending on how my skin is feeling.
I also love to mix it with my bb cream or foundation when my skin is flaky from retinol - just spray a later on before blending and I'm good to go! It's also a nice refresher throughout the day. The spray bottle helps make it a very versatile product. I imagine you could use this as a first step toner, a serum or even a standalone moisturizer if your skin tends oily.
Definitely the missing piece in my skincare routine - just get it, you won't regret it.
I think it is a bit on the pricy side, but it is effective and in my opinion worth the price.
