I am probably one of the last people on earth to use this! It is a hybrid toner × cream.It is fragrance free & watery in texture, absorb fast leaving a dewey finish. So if u layer it several times like the K -Beauty hydration layering method, u don't even need ur emulsion or cream before ur make up! I layered this 3 times & put on my cushion, and it went on like dream without the product caking or moving around! I bought 2 bottles in 1 purchase. That's how good it is!! No regrets!!
