Has fragrance and I wouldn't say it was hydrating like advertised. It also could've done a better job in cleansing more thoroughly. There are better cleansers out there

Does not strip or dry out your face, it feels quite moisturizing. A very gentle cleanser, which I would definitely recommend.
It does not clean your face deeply so if you are looking for a cleanser to get this squeaky clean feeling I would not recommend.
