This toner is a really good toner. It does its work to soothe and hydrate my skin. It doesn't make my skin oilier or breakout. Usually other toners will make my skin oilier after i woke up in the morning. I recommend this toner to all skin type espec...

The hydration level is so-so. Since I have dehydrated skin nowadays, sadly it doesn't really help my skin but at least it can prevent my skin from getting really dehydrated.
