No bad issues with this product. The only negative might be cost, but you get a good amount of product and it takes only a small dot to blast away pimples. Chances are it will expire before you run out of it. So it is actually a really good value ...

Can't actually say that it has ever worked for me which is a shame as was not cheap to buy I have tried using each time I get a spot and in 12 months I have not noticed any benefit I have found cheaper alternatives that work far better than this

It does sting a little bit sometimes. And when it dries it flakes. I would recommend using it at night.
