Personally, I find that I have to apply multiple layers of this product to make it hydrating enough for my dry skin, which is fine during the summer months but a little bit of an issue during the winter.

Pure Cloud Bubble Toner

The pump turns the liquid into foam, which is creative and unique for toner. I found it works best when applied with a cotton pad. Is very gentle and absorbs easily into skin. One bottle last me for quite a long time!

I wouldn’t say it delivered on the promise of exfoliation. If you want to get rid of dead skin cells and have brighter skin, I would recommend other products.
