This toner is the first I've seen in this form. I was eager to get it asap & I enjoy using it (as you can see it's almost empty).
What's a bubble toner and why it is different from your simple toner? Well this form is perfect for a watery toner to not use any cotton pads. You just apply 2-3 pumps and pat it over until the bubbles pop. It feels like an oxygen mask.
The toner becomes water after being rubbed into the skin, which feels very lightweight with no residue. It absorbs fast, the skin feels refreshed.
The scent is pleasant, fresh and herbal. The cooling sensation afterwards is very soothing.
I find it not very hydrating, or maybe I have a spot for viscous toners. I have to layer it for 2-3 times and it's not doing much? It was perfect during the summertime though.
It was heavily marketed by my favourite kbeauty gurus, but I was quite disappointed.
