I really like the toner from whitelab, besides being refreshing, it is also very effective at brightening my dull face! the price is super affordable with a 100 ml toner size, the packaging in my opinion is nice to carry everywhere because it doesn't...
too runny, i need 2-3 layer of toner for hydrating my skin. had strong fragrance and not suitable for dry & sensitive skin.

One of the cheap toner in my opinion. I dont get negative effect for toner. The effect i got bright and moist. There is fragrance but it is still tolerable. The consistency, it's runny I always use cotton for the application.
Just fragrance but if you enjoy you will love it

I love the toner so much because the pacakaging is so good, the texture is lovely, the smell is nice. It works well on my face, it makes my face brightener than before
