Brightening Face Toner

I really like the toner from whitelab, besides being refreshing, it is also very effective at brightening my dull face! the price is super affordable with a 100 ml toner size, the packaging in my opinion is nice to carry everywhere because it doesn't take up space, the texture is a bit sticky liquid, smells good, is like expensive perfume! hehe

too runny, i need 2-3 layer of toner for hydrating my skin. had strong fragrance and not suitable for dry & sensitive skin.
