Good toner for the price point and the ingredients. I have pretty oily skin and it does dry it out a bit but nothing a good moisturiser cant fix! not the greatest toner ever but also not awful. worth a try to see if it works for you!

Doesn't break out my skin or dry it out. Very soothing feeling, skin is brightened and plump.

A lovely lightweight toner with a slightly floral smell. Great value product, nice as an alternative to the usual Niacinamide serums.

It is a good price for the size of the product and it has a water-like texture, so I think it would be nice for very oily skin. Also it might be great for people who react good to niacinamide, since it is not a serum and might be better for layering ...
