Niacinamide Essence 3%

I really like the watery texture and super hydrating ingredients. Way more substantial than a regular toner, hence being an essence. Slippery feel. Nice packaging. Great price, big bottle. Contains beta glucan and sodium hyaluronate too.

The reason I wouldn't repurchase is because 3% niacinamide is in a lot of the products I already use daily so not a big need for this to be a niacinamide product.
