Pore Cleansing Balm - BHA

I enjoy that Hanskin tried to incorporate BHA, AHA, and PHA into their oil cleansers.

It didn’t emulsify as much as I would prefer in a balm cleanser. It also didn’t remove my makeup very well and it was a struggle to remove eye makeup and that’s usually why I use oil/balm cleansers. This also particularly stung my eyes for a while.

I love the way this melts the makeup right off my face. It is so gental on my skin and doesnt irritate my skin the way makeuo wipes or cotton pads with micellar water would. My favorite balm that ive tried thus far!

I don’t like the scent.

The texture is thicker than Banila Co.'s balm. All day long I don't wear full makeup, just use cushion and lip tint. For the power to lift skincare and makeup residue, Hanskin is okay with me, after that it feels clean and doesn't feel attractive. ...

The emulsion leaves a bit of a balm residue even though it has been rinsed with water, so it needs to be rubbed for a while to make the emulsion completely.

Pore Cleansing Balm - BHA

It really melts away my makeup after a long day of wear. It turns from balm to oil fairly easily. There is a slight fragrance to it but I personally like it.

You do have to work it off of your skin. So rinse very well
