i really love this product! the moment i put it on my skin i can tell that it's very soothing and it makes my skin so soft. it also helps with calming redness and nurished my dry skin. the scent is also very minimal, nothing that makes you dizzy :)

for me, there isn't anything bad about this product

I don't like the chemical scent on this product. But other than that I don't think there's anything lacking in this ampoule.
