This micellar water is perfect to have on hand! It’s highly effective at removing dirt, make up and also access oil. What I enjoy the most is that it leaves my skin feeling nongreasy!

I can't believe I found a good dupe to the mattifying Garnier micellar water. Again @dollargeneral for the win. This product is only $1(US) so if you don't like it... I use it on my neck with a cotton round after using my cleansing balm to make sure ...

I would not recommend this for dry skin as it is mattifying.

The tingly sensation after application that made it feel like all the bad was being pulled out of my pores and the fact it can be used before a shower. This way you can also use a mask/scrub and then hop right in!

Absolutely no complaints. It cost $1 and it's also made for all skin types!
