All-In-One Micellar Cleansing Water

I can't believe I found a good dupe to the mattifying Garnier micellar water. Again @dollargeneral for the win. This product is only $1(US) so if you don't like it... I use it on my neck with a cotton round after using my cleansing balm to make sure that I remove the rest of my SPF for the day. It does not sting and feels nice. No fragrance. I have 4 extra bottles in the hall closet.

I would not recommend this for dry skin as it is mattifying.
