This was a tip from a friend in Japan, because I have vascular dark circles and it's very difficult not to look sick. Using a drop of Vitamin C on your eyes before the cream and SPF has brightened the eye area and softened the dark circles.

I’ve gone through a few of these. The packaging is the main part since it is pretty air tight and helps keep the vitamin c stable for longer. I’ve definitely found that they stay the same color longer compared to some other similar products.
