The Simple Cica Toner Pad

These pads come with a flip up lid and plastic tweezers to remove them from the packaging which I really enjoyed. They are moderately hydrating and do not have a scent and pretty saturated in essence.

The pads have a different textures on each side which couple be quite abrasive at times when my skin was slightly sensitive. I wish they were a bit more hydrating.
