Rice Toner

I use this toner several times a day. It moisturizes my skin immediately after application. I think I've become a bit addicted to its refreshing properties. I have a smaller spray bottle of it at work. I bought in TK Maxx in UK, so glad I can by in local shop :)

I think is delicate for my skin. Doesn't feel any irritation
