❌ The fragrance is too strong for my preference
❌ I don&#39;t know if I just got a bad batch or if it&#39;s really because of the formulation, but mine needs to be refrigerated all the time. If not, it will definitely melt (even in an air conditioned room, and no direct sunlight)
❌ You need to rub the heck out of the waterproof mascara to get it off with this cleanser

✅ Melts very easily, and to a light oil too so it doesn&#39;t feel heavy
✅ Cleanse makeup pretty thorough, even waterproof mascara
✅ Doesn&#39;t leave a tight sensation on skin after being rinsed
