I&#39;m not sure what it does; I&#39;ve used half of bottle and no difference. I have sensitive skin, I&#39;m grateful it didn&#39;t make me sting, burn, react, or red.
I don&#39;t have any troubles at the moment, not sure if this contributed to the skin condition.
