Appearance- This cleanser is grey in colour and has a medicinal tea tree fragrance. The consistancy is creamy. Usage- I use this cleanser whenever my skin is problematic. I massage roughly a teaspoon of cleaner into wet skin, the creamy consistancy becomes foamy at this point and works up a gentle lather. I rinse with cool water. After use my skin feels deeply cleansed and calm. I also find this product to be both soothing & healing. Recs- I recommend this product for those with problematic acne prone skin types.

Its not easy to rinse this product from your face. I have to use a 2nd cleanse to remove the remaining grey residue from my skin.

It's meant to foam up slightly before application - if it doesn't it applies very thick and is difficult to rinse. Try moistening the product and lathering it between your palms before application and it should be easier to remove the remaining grey residue.
