Trouble Care for Dehydrated Oily Skin

I use this on my tzone when it starts to be oily.

This moisturizer is so sticky when I put this on my face. About 10 minutes passed, my face feels tight. I think this is only suitable for oily skin and as it also claims that this removes oil from areas with excess oil. I'm not really sure tho but I think if they invent the water cream or some lightweight gel, it would be better. Also I appreciate their hardwork in their products tho ❤️.
