Refresh AHA BHA Vitamin C Daily Toner

This toner includes vitamin c, niacinamide, aha, and bha. These are great ingredients for exfoliation and this is supposed to be gentle on the skin. This toner has a lightweight watery texture that soaks into the skin quickly. It doesn’t feel tacky or sticky and doesn’t leave a residue. It feels nice and cooling on the skin. It didn’t cause any irritation or excess oiliness on my skin.

Personally, I didn’t see that much improvement in my skin from using this and I think I did a stronger aha or bha.

Yah, that what happens when we used to Stronger AHA/BHA . Lower concentrations suddenly "feels' nothing, while it's actually still "something"
