The packaging is a frosted plastic bottle with a screw cap with a flip inside so the toner doesn't spill easily. The texture is watery and has a scent like baby cologne, maybe for some people the scent is quite strong, I was like that at first.
This toner absorbs quickly. I have dry and dehydrated skin and when I use this need layering up to 7 times. If you use it in the morning, it will take time for layering. That's why I prefer to use it for CSM, it also has a cooling sensation.
