This is best basic hydrating toner. I love this one at first sight. I use this toner 3-4 layers on my skin, and it still feels mild. I use this before reapply my sunscreen. This toner is so good

So far, this toner has not caused any negative reactions to my sensitive skin because they use minimal ingredients
