☀️ According to the brand, this is a combo spf - it contains ingredients that can be found in both physical and chemical sunscreens. It also promises no white cast and a #glossy skin texture with a slight tone up after it has soaked in.
☀️ This product does provide a bit of a tone up! However no matter how much I rub this in, I still always have a bit of white cast leftover.
☀️ I would agree that the texture of my skin is left dewy (or glossy) after this soaks in. If I touch my skin, it does feel like there is a light layer of something on it. I don’t hate the feeling, but it’s not my favorite.
☀️ There is fragrance in this SPF but I hardly detect any. It’s the slightest bit of powdery scent but it goes away after absorption.
☀️ Upon reapplying, I have sometimes had pilling but nothing too bad. I have not tested this with makeup.
☀️ Experience: Sadly not my favorite! I’m not sure the benefits of making this a combo spf, I know a lot of people want either a physical or a chemical spf. The white cast, occasional pilling and feeling of a layer of product on my face all pulled the score on this one down for me. I don’t find myself grabbing this one over some of my others, but I will use this tube up.
As i mentioned above- this wasnt my favorite spf. It left some whitecast, pilled, and left my skin tacky to the touch. It was just alright for me!
