I LOVE THE PACKAGING. The squeeze bottle + noozle is so ideal for this viscous yet watery toner. Other brands please take note, the perfect toner packaging is right here š.
There's a slight cooling sensation upon application, but nothing too intense. It also "dries down" relatively quickly, so no waiting around between steps.
However I find the effects of this toner to be hydrating only on a superficial level, doesn't seem to address any dehydration or soothing concerns. Can't do more than 2 layers or else it will be very tacky/ sticky.
Claims to be a "moisture booster" but realistically speaking it only provided mainly basic hydration. I love toner / essences, so I tend to have higher expectations.
